Applicants for this course a required to be at least 18 years of age. Previous experience or qualifications are beneficial but are not necessary. If you have not yet worked in or studied quantity surveying, this course is still available for you. This course has been designed to teach new skills as well as nurture existing ones.

The Studying Process
The first step towards furthering your career with the College of Contract Management is the enrolment process. In order to enrol you will need to complete a course enrolment form and send it over to our course administrative team. Following enrolment you will be granted access to our student portal, Moodle. You will be granted access to your personal account, with your own email and password login. From your account you will be able to access all necessary course resources. Lecture links and recordings will be uploaded to your account as well as any additional course resources that you may need. Furthermore, within Moodle you will be able to message your course administrator as well as fellow learners. Through this messaging system you will be able to network whilst you expand your knowledge and skills.
The Assessment Process
With this NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Quantity Surveying, there is no need to sit an exam to prove your skill. Throughout the study of this course, learners will create a portfolio of evidence demonstrating what they have learnt. You will work closely with our College Assessor who will help you create a strong e-portfolio using evidence to highlight the key skills you have learnt throughout this level 6 course. Within this evidence you will need to supply evidence showing you meet all course criteria, including attending professional discussions and site observations.

Pay Monthly: an upfront fee of £350 and a monthly direct debit of £350 for 7 consecutive months (Month 1 – Month 7, inclusive).
However, paying in full does offer a discounted cost in comparison to the monthly payment plan.
