INTRODUCTION

The College of Contract Management’s Level 6 CIOB Chartered Membership Programme (CMP) and the Professional Review (PR) Coaching Service programme commences with a new intake on 3rd February 2024.

The programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building.

This course consists of 4 modules that take 10 weeks each to complete. This makes the average time to complete the course 9 months. At the end of the course, you will take an open-book online exam (assignment). Once you have passed the CMP exam you then move onto the Professional Review which is the final stage to becoming MCIOB. Please be aware that the Professional Review coaching is a mandatory service offered by the College.
